My approach is rooted in personalization, accessibility, and long-term sustainability. Every workout program I create is tailored to your current physical level, goals, and preferred environment; whether that’s at home, outdoors, or in a gym. I work with you to break down the barriers and frustrations that often hold people back from starting or progressing in their fitness journey.
I specialize in building full-range strength and mobility, helping clients gain the physical freedom to live life fully, without pain, restriction, or burnout. My goal is to empower you with a plan that feels achievable and sustainable, no matter your starting point.
Why I Do This
My passion for training grew out of my own story.
About nine years ago, I found myself 30 pounds heavier than I was during my athletic days. I was stressed, discouraged, and on the verge of accepting a slow physical decline. I had undergone knee surgery and slipped into complacency and unhealthy habits.
But I knew something had to change.
Through prayer, mentorship, and a decision to take back my health, I started a journey that transformed me inside and out. A major turning point came when I discovered the ATG (Athletic Truth Group) training system by Ben Patrick. It radically improved my knee mobility, helped me lose weight, and regained my ability to run. Today, at the age of 46, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and running faster than I ever have.
That experience reshaped how I train myself—and how I train others.
I now help people regain strength, mobility, and confidence they may have thought were out of reach. It’s never too late to reclaim your health—and I want to help you do the same.
